Shipping & Delivery

All MBASW Art wall art are made to order, meaning each piece is created for you once your order is placed.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date of purchase for your artwork to be prepared and shipped.

If you need your order sooner, feel free to reach out. We’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Where Do You Ship?

At the moment, we ship within the UK only.

We’re currently exploring ways to expand internationally, so stay tuned, we’d love to reach you wherever you are.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our artwork, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your experience matters deeply to us.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged artwork
    • The packaging it arrived in

Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
